THE STORY: Meet Courtney, she owns a boutique sugaring and beauty studio in St. Cloud and Baxter, Minnesota. She wanted a way to turn her quick sugaring clips into content that grows fast without depending on expensive ads. She needed a repeatable short‑form system that could run inside a busy studio.

• Rebuilt the page around short vertical videos optimized for Facebook Reels and Feed.
• Set up a simple workflow so the team could film daily without interrupting studio flow.
• Focused on storytelling, showing first‑time sugaring experiences, aftercare tips, and glow‑ups.
• Emphasized educational value, explaining prep, benefits versus waxing, and skin health.
• Optimized videos for retention by keeping them punchy, visual, and authentic, no overproduction, just real results.
• Created captions that spoke directly to local clients looking for gentle hair removal and lash or brow services.
• Rotated clear CTAs to book or DM, and engaged comments quickly to compound reach.

And the best part? The momentum from Facebook lifted everything. Once the page took off, the studio’s other accounts rode the wave, making content easier to produce and more effective.

RESULTS: In the first 35 days we generated 3.5M video views on Facebook, added 5,000 new followers, logged 5,800 engagements, and reached 200,000 account views. After that spike, all accounts saw an average 350% increase in performance compared with the prior period.

• Optimized early for saves and re‑watch by using list formats, quick cuts, and simple takeaways.
• Added gentle CTAs to learn more and explore services like peptides, infrared sauna, and IV therapy, without coming off as too sales-y.

• Set up TikTok, which ended up being her best performing platform.
